What the Hop?!

Butler offering a bottle of wine and glassThe party was set to begin around dinner time, but revelers would be dropping in and out for the next four days and nights. Flights of fancy, verse free or iambic, based on a true story, just a friendly, personal note are only a few of the party favorites that show up to delight.

They come from all over the world, some to comment, others (as mentioned before) to offer an open hand to pull one through the portal to their home base. Others arrive and drop a like, or are simply counted on the host’s tally master, a kind of statistics butler with raised eyebrow and impeccable fingernails, who gives prescribed answers to one’s question about who’s coming to dinner.
